Shipwrecked - Inspiration shoot

Like any east-coaster I find so much beauty in this place. There is a haunting feeling that line our shores. Shipwrecks, tales of intrigue, and legend are a part of local dialogue. As a little girl I spent many days creating my own stories about all those item we found on the shore under mysterious circumstances.

We gathered the best of the best talent in Nova Scotia to make this inspired shoot a reality. Deep juxtapositions line this shoot from the soft silk to the savage shoreline.

Katrina Tuttle and her team made the most stunning dress for the shoot. You will see soft, wonderful layers of gorgeous silk, and lace details. Notice the muilt length details in the skirt aswell. So much goodness happening here!

Steph Brown of Skys the Limit searched the seven seas to find the right pieces for the shoot! Notice even how the table matches the shipwreck. To find that beauty took so much dedication and even better creative eye!  Her designs are so and we were so happy to be apart of this! Making up Steph's designs are many items from What the old things! Make sure to check both these ladies out.

Elle Munster make up artist extraordinaire lent her talents to the shoot. I seriously cant say enough good things about Elle's work. She was able to create a beautiful. mysterious yet fresh-faced bride. If you look close you might even be able to see the freckles Elle added!

This beautiful hair was created by Jessica Fletcher of True Beauty Salon. Jessica definitely struck the right combination of styled yet loose to compliment the shoot! Isn't that hair absolute perfection?

KoKo Mod Flowers made the most stunning creations for the shoot. We loved her keen eye and creative input. Notice how the flowers compliment everything from the ship, to the jewelry, and even the landscape. Now thats talent! All the love for ya girl.

Scribble and  Script made the stationary set of our dreams! Make sure to check out all her talented calligraphy below :) Lisa is simply made of magic and this shows her amazing abilities!

Honey and Butter gave us a sweet cake to add to our shoot! You guys rock ... Make sure to check these guys out for more cake inspirations!
